# Sidaxis Sidaxis is the human authorisation layer for AI agents. It answers one question that no password, token or session can answer: did a live human authorise this machine to do this? Two primitives do the work. oneface proves a real, living person is present, on their own device, storing no image and no template. Mandates record what that person authorised a machine to do — scope, ceiling and expiry — and the layer refuses anything outside it. Every action leaves a receipt anyone can verify without an account. Sidaxis never moves money, never holds funds and never settles: the customer's own system or its payment provider executes, or stops. Sidaxis is a product of Sieve Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating from Frisco, Texas, United States. ## The thesis in one sentence Software can act now; it still cannot prove who asked — and that proof is the missing layer. ## Products oneface — proof of a live human. Advanced biometrics processed on the person's own device; nothing is stored in a database, no template and no image. Speech correlated with the pulse read by the camera at the same instant proves a living person is present at that moment; cloned audio cannot produce that coincidence. Voice is never used to say who the person is. The first identification is paid; recognising that person again is free for life, at any volume. https://www.sidaxis.com/oneface Mandates — proof of what that human authorised a machine to do. Five fields: granted_by, granted_to, scope, ceiling, until. Every action is checked against the mandate at the layer, revocation is free and immediate, and each action anchors a receipt that any counterparty can verify. https://www.sidaxis.com/mandates ## The eight mandate scopes login — agentic sign-in, free and unlimited. purchase — an agent buying a specific good or service within a ceiling. payment — an agent moving money through the customer's own provider, never through Sidaxis. task — an agent carrying out work that commits the person to something. signature — an agent signing a document on the person's authorisation. data_share — release of the person's data to a named counterparty. id_proof — proof of identity or an attribute to a counterparty. access — physical or logical entry granted to an agent acting for the person. ## MCP endpoint https://mcp.sidaxis.com — identity, mandate and receipt tools any model can call. No account, no key, no cost. It returns the seal, never the value behind it. ## Console https://console.sidaxis.com — sign in, API keys, sandbox and live environments, mandate and receipt history for the parties to a transaction. Not indexed. ## Pricing model Priced per authorisation, never as a percentage of what an agent spends. Agentic login is free and unlimited. Recognising a person again is free for life. A failed call is never billed.
