During an incident

Checks fail closed on your side, not ours: a call that does not complete is not an authorisation. Treat a timeout as a refusal and stop the agent. Webhooks are not lost. Events queue and retry for 72 hours, and stay replayable for 30 days. Receipts already sealed stay verifiable. The public check does not depend on your account or on your session. Retry with the same Idempotency-Key and exponential backoff. Nothing is double-consumed on recovery. See also Changelog → Webhooks → Rate limits →
